Android screen flashig or liting After LOcking

Plz any Exprets Help me ...

My mobile is MIcromax A092

I have given Factory reset ..Rom ...flash ..But it didnt worked ...

Also when My android mobile is off the same thing is hapenning ..

Please help me Because my battery is Draining out ...
