I read a lots of threads with Nexus 7 bricked in bootloop and there is nothing to do except change the motherboard ($60?).
I think I am not alone. So if you are in this case :
May be we can make a list like this:
Buy in 2014/08/27 dead in 2015/03/27 —*sn (via fastboot devices) 07a0df16 — Lollipop 5.02

I think I am not alone. So if you are in this case :
- you try many toolkits and it doesn't work (wug, n-cry…)
- you can't unlock bootloader with fastboot oem unlock command with android drivers
- you try on 2 computers and more
- your device was on Lollipop 5.02 (for me)
- dead in reboot
