[Q] sony xperia z ultra w/o google services

Hi guys, i have a problem with my sony xperia z ultra model C6802 version

4.2.2... my father bought this device in some mall in iraq w/o testing it, yes its a brandnew phone. When i open it i noticed.it didnt have any google services, google play, gmail, drive, etc... Is there a posibilities to restore google services in my.device? Thx in advance for the help..
