Hello xda-developers Team
I have a big problem. I stay in Austria / Europe and I have bought online a Zopo ZP1000
because there is no zopo dealer in my region.
The phone is 3 months old and can not be recharged . Charge lamp lights always red .
If charger turns away smartphone turns off immediately. Warranty repairs would take
months because manufacturers in China. I would like to fix the problem myself with your help!!
I have made a factory reset, I have bought and used a new battery but the problem persists.
The new full battery appears to 0 % battery capacity. I used different chargers also connected to pc.
Even after several hours on the charger - charge level of 0%
i checked both battery (new and old) with *#*#4636#*#* and it shows
battery charge 0%
battery voltage 0V
battery temp -237° Celsius !!!??
I looked on the internet and found many smartphones have this problem. But I could not
find a solution that fixes the problem.
Is it a software or hardware problem?
What can i do? Do you know the solution to the problem?
