Shut down/reboot problem at random times

Hello my friends. I have the s5 mini(g800f) 2 months now. As i say on the subject of this thread, sometimes it shuts down by itself,and some other times it reboots by itself. The frequency of this problem is 1-2 times per week. It is very annoying. I spoke with samsung and they told me to put it in safe mode to see if an app is causing the problem. I am sure that no app is responsible for this. Anyone else has this problem? Maybe a solution? Please help....!! :(
