[Q] Can't wipe data.

I can't wipe data on my 9005, after i installed "DomPop URv1 TEKHD EDITION" , that just went in a bootloop, would love to wipe every thing,

so i could install another Rom, i have tryed Philz and TWRP, they will wipe every thing but data, so there is a lot of system failuer.
