Russian B613 Firmware

I found this full Firmware for L10 the B613 ( http://ift.tt/193a3wQ )



Is it posible to update from B615 (( witch is a small update to B609 ) , ( B615 isn't a full firmware )) to B613, i think it will be better and clean then B615 ?
